| Leaf Collection Each year, the City offers leaf pickup in the fall and spring. The fall pickup schedule is mailed to residents along with the Muscatine Power and Water bill in September. The schedule will also be posted at this site each year. In the spring, leaf pickup is limited to a call-in program only. Please call (563) 263-8933 to schedule a pickup. |
