W. 3rd Street/Chestnut Parking Lot Project

The project includes removal of removal of existing sidewalks, removal of existing pavement, lowering the upper parking lot, removal of the existing retaining wall system and replacement with large modular block retaining wall, and storm sewer improvements. Parking Lot has been paved and we are currently awaiting meters to be installed. Parking areas should be available for use by the end of January 2010.
