2009 Asphalt Overlay – Awarded on April 2, 2009 to Illowa Investment, Inc. of Blue Grass, Iowa in the amount of $2,557,601.61. Project Update

West 3rd/Chestnut Parking Lot Project – Awarded on August 6, 2009 to Sulzberger Excavating, Inc. of Muscatine, Iowa in the amount of $394,086.25. Project Update

Bridge Tribute Plaza and Muscatine Bike Trail Kiosk - Project was awarded on July 2, 2009 to Muscatine Bridge Co. in the amount of $95,374.00. Project Update

Mad Creek Levee Project – An agreement was signed on September 29, 2008 between the Department of the Army and the City of Muscatine for the Design and Construction of the Mad Creek, Muscatine, Muscatine County, Iowa Section 205 Flood Damage Reduction Project. Project Update

Mad Creek Watershed Study – The Mad Creek Watershed is located in the city of Muscatine extending north into Bloomington and West Sweetland townships. This is a joint project including the City of Muscatine, Muscatine County, and the Muscatine County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD). Ashley Newbrough was hired by the County through a grant. She will serve as the coordinator of this project. Project Update
