Through this Web site, you may pay outstanding parking fines by credit card over the Internet. Payments may be made 24 hours a day. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for payment. For security purposes, the transaction will take place on a secure Web site hosted by VeriSign.

You may also query the system, at no charge, to see if there are any tickets with outstanding balances. You can look up parking fines by ticket, notice or license plate number. Note that ticket information may not be immediately available for inquiry and/or payment if it has not yet been entered into our system.

Fee(s)
In order to recover the costs of credit card processing, a convenience fee will be added to the amount of the parking fine payment. The convenience fee will be calculated based upon the amount of the payment.

Security/Privacy.

As a general rule, this site does not collect  personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. The information we receive  is used for the sole purpose of obtaining credit card payment authorization for parking violations issued in the City of Muscatine, Iowa. 

With respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, we make every effort to ensure compliance with applicable Iowa State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act of 1974, the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Freedom of Information Act.

We will make every effort to provide internet access to parking ticket information via this site. The City of Muscatine and their vendors will not be responsible for late payments assessed due to inaccessibility to this site or credit card authorization processors and/or unavailability of ticket information via the web.

Acknowledgement of payment.
You are responsible for maintaining a copy of the receipt generated upon credit card charge authorizations. Please print and save a copy of your payment receipt as proof of payment.
