401 South Houser Street Receive a facility request form The City of Muscatine invites you to the Muscatine Soccer Complex which has been recognized by the National Turf Grass Managers Association as “Best Soccer Facility”. The complex is a 41 acre, 3.8 million dollar soccer facility that features eight (8) full-sized state-of-the-art premiere soccer fields. Two of the eight fields are interna-tionally sized, lighted, and contain amended soils. The complex is fully equipped including concessions, media center, restroom facil-ity, and parking area. The Muscatine Soccer Complex plays host to events sponsored by national, state and local associations involving participants of all ages. Camps, clinics, games and tournaments are welcome. Complex usage may be requested on a one day less than a year schedule. Exceptions will be made for national, regional and state events. To ensure a quality soccer experience, we ask that all teams and guests be aware of the following guidelines: Complex Scheduling: Non-schedule drop-in usage is not allowed. Receive a facility request form Scheduling Policy: Complex usage may be requested on a one day less than one year schedule. Exceptions will be made for national, regional, and state events. Complex Supervision: Facility supervisors will be on duty during scheduled games. Staff will assist groups by ensuring that the facility is operational for their use. In addition, they will be responsible for monitoring all activities and helping ensure that teams, players, and guests comply with facility guidelines. Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather: The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel play with minimal notice due to rain, frost, or other conditions that cause excessive wear to turf areas. Event Supervisor: Groups are required to provide an event supervisor that is available to direct and guide their groups respective fans and teams and to help endorse Muscatine Soccer Complex guidelines. Concessions: A concession stand is located at the main administrative building. Selling of any commodities is prohibited without prior approval from Parks & Recreation staff. Parking: Vehicles are not allowed inside the complex. Parking in designated areas only. No parking on grass or landscaped areas. Alcohol: Alcohol is not allowed in the parking lot or inside the soccer complex. Facility Usage Fees: Charges will be made on a per hour, per field, per day basis. Special event rates are available. Please contact the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department for specific fee rates.
